Refunds – Cancellations Policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement or refund within 14 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without i.e. have been unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  1. By contacting us with email on the same day or the next working day, or call 2541 023306 quoting your order number and the products you wish to return.
  2. Within 20 days in case of change of the product with another up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or refund, within 14 days (according to article 5 par. 10 of Law 2251/1994) from the date of purchase of the product (the date of receipt or invoice) and if the following are met:
    -The product had a functional or quality defect or a mistake was made in shipping the product.
    -The product or products must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in their factory packaging, which must not be worn or altered.
  3. Each product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

We will refund you the amount of the value of the product but not the shipping costs unless it is a proven defective product or a case of our own error.

Order cancellation

We give you the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 2541 023306 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
  • After receiving the product, call us on 2541 023306 or contact us via the website’s contact form, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about all your options.
  • In case your order has already been invoiced, its cancellation is not possible.
