In 1994 Athanasios Rossides takes over the business and modernizes the production of the beloved Greek coffee.
After a successful course of 12 years, the second privately owned coffee roaster was founded in 2006 at 14 Pergamou Street (Eleftherias Square). The successful course of the company “Rossides Coffee Roaster” continues in wholesale and quickly covers the entire prefecture.
